  • If you use Business Online Banking, you will be prompted to re-establish your security questions when you login initially. Your current Access ID and password will work; however, you will need to answer new security questions to gain online access.
  • If you are a Remote Deposit client, there will be no change in functionality on how deposits are submitted within online banking.
  • If you process wires and/or ACH files, you will experience no change in functionality. Use your existing token to login to online banking, and take the same steps to process files. A member of our Treasury Management team will contact you to discuss token options going forward.
  • If you currently originate wires, we will be transitioning you to our new and improved wire system via online banking. A Reliant team member will contact you to schedule wire training. If you normally fax wires to the bank, please make note of the new fax number, 615-221-2049. The existing fax number will no longer be available.
