ATM and Debit Cards are convenient, fast and easy.  Best of all, Reliant Bank's ATM and Debit Cards are FREE+ with any consumer checking account.  With Reliant Bank's Mastercard Debit Card, there's no need to write checks or carry around cash.  Since it's connected to your Reliant Bank checking account, the funds simply deduct from your balance when you make a purchase.

Lost or Stolen ATM or Debit Card

If you wish to report a lost or stolen ATM or Debit Card during normal business hours, please contact your banker or any branch location for assistance.  To report a card lost or stolen after business hours, please call 1-800-472-3272. Be sure to check your account transaction history and notify the bank immediately of any compromise.  If you report your card lost or stolen after hours, you will need to contact your banker the next business day to order a replacement card.

If you are a Commerce Union branded ATM or Debit cardholder, please contact your banker or any branch location for assistance to report a card lost or stolen.  To report a card lost or stolen after business hours, please call 1-800-472-3272. Activate Your New ATM or Debit Card

You should have received your ATM or Debit Card in the mail.  To activate your card and select your PIN, please call 1-800-992-3808.  You can change your PIN anytime with this number or by visiting any Reliant Bank ATM. (back to top)

 

Declined Debit Card

Your debit card may be declined due to insufficient funds.  If you have sufficient funds in your account and your debit card has been declined, our debit card provider may have reason to put a temporary hold on your debit card due to suspicious activity.  This is a protective measure to prevent fraudulent charges from appearing on your account.  Please call 1-877-253-8964 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (back to top)

 

International Usage and Your ATM or Debit Card

Due to an increase in suspicious activity regarding foreign ATM and Debit Card transactions, Reliant Bank is taking extra precautions to protect you.  Currently, all foreign ATM and Debit Card transactions are blocked.  If you are traveling internationally, contact your banker prior to your trip to discuss possible payment solutions.  We recommend you use an alternate form of payment such as a credit card or cash when conducting foreign purchases. How to Protect Yourself from Fraud

Reliant Bank works with our debit card provider to minimize our customers’ fraud exposure.  Our provider has a Fraud Management Team which monitors our customers’ accounts to assess any suspicious activity.  From time to time you may receive a call regarding your account activity.  This is a protective measure in order to verify transactions on your account.  The Fraud Management Team will never ask you for your account number, debit card number or PIN.  If you are contacted by the Fraud Management Team and still have questions about your account, please contact your Reliant Banker for assistance.

Reliant advises all customers to be aware of suspicious emails which could be a potential phishing scam.  Typically the scammer posing as a financial institution or representative claims there is are fraudulent transactions on your account and requests you to call a phone number or visit a website.  Do not click on any associated links from the email or respond with any sensitive information.  Should you receive any emails of this nature, contact your Reliant Bank branch immediately.
