We are thrilled to announce the legal process to merge Community Bank & Trust into Reliant Bank is complete. Reliant is a community bank that was built from the ground up on the idea that customer and community should always come first. We do pretty much everything the big banks do. We just do it a little differently – okay, a lot differently. We treat you with respect and go out of our way to ensure your banking experience with us is always as pleasurable and rewarding as possible. From checking and money market accounts to credit cards and mortgage loans, Reliant’s pledge is to consistently deliver high-quality, full-service banking solutions.

We’re working hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth, transparent data conversion, which is scheduled to begin on January 17 with completion on the morning of January 20, 2020. If you have any questions about the transition or any materials provided to you, please let us know.

We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to serving all your financial needs.

Larger-scale organizations have a competitive advantage. Our markets fit nicely together and will allow customers to transact business at more locations, and we strongly believe the merger will create value for shareholders, customers, employees and the communities in which we serve by combining two cultures that reflect a tradition of superior customer service at all levels.
