At Reliant Bank, we believe that doing the right thing for our customers starts with making our communities even better places to live and work - and the best way to do that is to get involved.
From financial support to employee volunteers, Reliant is actively engaged with the projects, organizations and decisions that shape the communities in which we do business. We empower employee involvement and are focused on making an impact where it matters most.
Through sponsorships and charitable contributions, Reliant supports a wide range of organizations including:
- Chambers of Commerce
- Economic Development Groups
- Community Service Agencies
- And more
As an active community supporter, we receive a high volume of donation and volunteer requests. To give appropriate consideration to each request, streamline the process, and participate as often as possible, we ask organizations to complete the Contact Us form with relevant details, appropriate contact information, event dates as applicable, the number of volunteers needed, and expectations of the volunteers. A member of the Reliant team will reach out to discuss your request.
Reliant also delivers the capital, resources and expertise vital to economic expansion in our communities. That begins with a comprehensive range of personal and business banking products and services and a focus on customers’ needs. It also incorporates a commitment to investing in our communities and this philosophy is at the core of how we define success.
Leadership and Service
Dedication to customers, each other and our communities is a core value of Reliant Bank. This dedication starts at the top of the house, with executives who are active on a wide range of boards. It is also embraced by employees across bank, who perform thousands of volunteer hours each year.
Reliant’s personal enrichment program, PEP, gives employees 20 hours of paid time annually to go into the community and serve. This adds up to a big difference for our communities.
