We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant at our Franklin Park location in Franklin, TN. This presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a challenging and rewarding environment. This non-exempt position reports to AVP, Senior Executive Assistant.

Serves as Administrative Assistant and provides a wide range of administrative support duties for Senior (Sr.) Executive Assistant and other staff members at Franklin Park Corporate Office.  Uses discretion, poise, and tact in dealing with members of the board of directors, executive management, and employees.


Support Sr. Executive Assistant

  • Acts as backup:
    • attends meetings, takes and prepares minutes, on a limited basis as needed
    • communication liaison between President and CEO, board of directors, executive management, and employees
    • loads information and reports onto the Bank’s secure portal for various meetings
    • plans and books travel
  • Manages corporate credit card account, with discretion, and prepares monthly expense report for same
  • Organizes and maintains filing system
  • Performs routine administrative duties and works on special projects as assigned
  • Uses discretion and judgment with incoming phone calls

Office Assistant

  • Acts as primary contact for office space, furniture/keys, equipment, and repair matters
  • Gathers, sorts, and distributes incoming mail from mailroom box/courier bags and prepares outgoing courier bags for pickup along with preparing mailings for delivery via FedEx/USPS and ensures that items are picked up or placed at shipping facility in a timely manner
  • Informs office staff about building events as received from property manager
  • Maintains inventory for and orders all kitchen and office supplies for all staff members
  • Provides administrative services to corporate office personnel as assigned


  • Acts as primary contact for and maintains oversight of calendars for the boardroom and small conference room spaces
  • Assists in keeping common areas tidy by discarding trash, wiping surfaces, and making sure dishes are put into dishwasher, washed, and put away
  • Makes coffee in morning and replenishes as needed
  • Monitors the arrival of various visitors, opens door and greets them, offering water or coffee and notifies host of their arrival via phone or in person
  • Plans meals for various events including quarterly new employee breakfast and Board related meetings by choosing restaurant, ordering food, arranging delivery or pick-up, meal set-up, and tear-down/clean-up


  • Promotes the bank’s products and services whenever possible; participates in bank sponsored events, networking, and volunteer opportunities
  • Provides service that aligns with Reliant Bank’s Brand Promise:  To grow a community of friends – one relationship at a time


  • High school diploma or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Minimum one-year previous administrative experience preferred
  • Experience working with boards of directors and committees; taking and preparing meeting minutes preferred
  • Good understanding of financial institution products and services helpful
  • Discretion in handling confidential information, sensitive documents and communications
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and decision making
  • Ability to communicate effectively through speaking, writing and listening, including well-written and accurate meeting minutes
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and attention to detail skills
  • Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines
  • Must be comfortable working effectively in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently with nominal supervision
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Maintain a professional image in all interactions
